Humphrey checks the coulour of the Merlot juice. Fabulous taste! So the white juice is fermenting now as is the Merlot we took for rosé. After two days of harvest we will wait the end of next week to harvest the Semillon. Then later the red Cabernets. Meantime we are celebrating with a barbecue with our New York based relatives.
