Our wines are made and bottled at our Chateau from our own grapes. We also, if the year is right, make a limited edition wine from a particular area of the vineyard. Our winemaking ensures that our wines retain the characteristics of our amazing “terroir”.we use a long, cool fermentation and natural yeasts whenever we can. Very low sulfite wines like ours mean no headaches!
We use only natural corks, fine French oak barrels and store our wines in our naturally climatised “chai”.
